The process is pretty straight forward 🙂

1. Add your clothing items to the cart by clicking the “add to cart” button, once you’ve chosen your items colour and size.
2. Click the “cart” button at the very top right hand side of the website.
3. Click the “proceed to checkout” button.
4. Complete your billing information, choose a shipping method you’d like, and whether you want to pay my EFT or using PayFast.
5. If using PayFast, you’ll be redirected to their secure website, to login/create an account, then confirm payment (credit card, debit card or EFT).
6. If using Direct Bank Transfer, you’ll be given the bank details where you should make payment to.
7. You’ll receive a confirmation email that your order was received, pending, or completed.

• If the clothing sizes are incorrect: We return for the correct size item. This can be done within 1 month of purchase.
• Money back policy: We will give you your money back if clothing item is sent back to us within 7 working days.

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit card payments using PAYFAST, or direct bank transfers.

At the moment we only ship around South Africa, but will soon be offering international shipping.

We ship throughout South Africa, and will soon be adding on international shipping too.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over R1000. Any orders below R1000 are charged a shipping fee of R160. This applies to all towns within South Africa.

We use use PostNet and Aramex as our shipping couriers.

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

You should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
